Online applications are invited from a ministry of Defense for the recruitment to the post of NAVIK in Indian Coast Guard, an armed force of union. This post is only for those candidates who have completed 10+2th in the stream of science from any recognized board with 50% marks in mathematics and physics.
This is the biggest opportunity for students of science because in this job selected applicant will operate the boat that’s why they are inviting only those students who have completed their 12th with science stream.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
1. Candidates must have passed 10+2th with 50% marks aggregate in total and minimum 50% aggregate in mathematics and Physics from an education board recognized by central or state Government.
2. The 5% relaxation is available for the SC and ST applicants.
3. Sportsperson of national level who has obtained 1st, 2nd and 3rd position in any national sports event they can get relaxation in final cut-off.
4. The relaxation will also be applicable to the ward of cast guard uniform personnel deceased in service.

HOW TO APPLY
The application will be accepted only online from 24.12.2017 to 02.01.2018 till. Applicants are to log-on to www.joininidancoastguard.govt.in and click on opportunity button. The important instructions for filling of application form are:-
1. Name of applicants, Father’s, mother’s name and date of birth should be mentioned as per 10th class certificates.
2. Write exact percentage of 12th up to 2 decimal points and this is not to be round off.
3. Applicants must be written personnel Email Id and Mobile.
4. The date, Time and center of the Examination will be informed through official recruitment website of Indian Coast Guard i.e. www.indiancoastguard.govt.in
After clicking on opportunity button proceed as given below:-
1. Select the advertisement for recruitment of NAVIKS(10+2 Entry) 02/2018 Batch
2. Select “NAVIK General Duty”.
3. Click on Agree Button then the application form will be display
4. Applicants have to upload photograph and Signature in the.JPEG format (image quality 200dpi).
5. The size of photograph and signature must be between 10 to 40 kb and 10 to 30 kb.
6. Now click on submit button
7. After final successful submission of online application form, applicants will get a unique registration number.
8. Applicants have to take three 3 copies of hall ticket / e-admit card.
9. Applicants shall bring all original documents along with one application form with 10th and 12th certificates.
